Description
A superb ¾ moon hat box, of French origin, made circa 1930–1940. It is made of solid wood covered in textured leather, with brass reinforcements and fittings, including a typical central closure of the period and two side straps with brass press studs.
The interior is made of raw wood, very clean and in excellent condition. This box is a beautiful collector’s or decorative piece, which can also be used as vintage storage for accessories, textiles, hats or precious objects.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition, with some slight signs of use and age, which adds to its charm.
